Returns Policy

INTRODUCTION

At Tarika’s Fashion Hub, we value trust and transparency. We are committed to fulfilling every order within the promised timeframe. However, given the nature of our products and the involvement of multiple teams and partners, sometime is required for careful execution and delivery.

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMELINE

Order processing and shipment involve several essential steps:

  • Product Preparation: Each order requires processing time depending on item availability and customization.
  • Warehouse Handling: Sorting, quality checks, and packaging may take a few working days.
  • Shipping Partner Coordination: Dispatch and delivery depend on third-party logistics schedules.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow customers to cancel orders under valid circumstances during the early processing phase.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
  • Common valid reasons include:
    • Wrong product selection
    • Duplicate orders

If cancellation is requested after dispatch, we unfortunately cannot accommodate it.

Tarika’s Fashion Hub-Initiated Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Product(s) are out of stock at the time of processing.
  • Errors in pricing or product description are discovered post-order.
  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious payment behaviour is detected.
  • Incomplete or invalid shipping information is provided.
  • The delivery location is outside our logistics or insurance coverage.

In such cases, customers will be informed immediately, and a refund will be processed (if applicable).

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

1.Order Cancelled Within Allowed Timeframe:
    • If a customer cancels an order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
    • Refunds will not be entertained if the cancellation request is made after the cut-off period.
2.Failure in Shipment by Delivery Partner:
      • If our shipping partner fails to complete delivery, a refund will be initiated.
3.Return Approved Under Our Return Policy:
      • Items must be returned in original condition within the specified timeframe.
      • Return requests must be approved by our customer service team.
      • Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of returned items.

  • Processing Time:Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Confirmation:We share confirmation via email/SMS for every successful refund or cancellation.
